Any item* purchased from Animation Supplies is covered by our guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied by any of our products, for whatever reason, we will issue you with a full refund (excluding postage costs). Simply return the unwanted item in it's original condition, within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you.
If you need to return an item please contact us first and we issue you with a returns number.

Items damaged in the post
All orders come in appropriate protective packaging, but in the unlikely event that your order is damaged in the post please be sure to retain all packaging and return it, together with the item. A replacement will be sent as soon as the original has reached us.
Items lost in the post
This is very unlikely but does occasionally happen. All orders are sent with some form of tracking and we are usually able to locate them. Orders that are lost however are replaced as quickly as possible.
