How will my order be sent and how much will it cost?

We aim to process orders next working day wherever possible. During busy times this might not always be possible however. If you want to know when you're order is likely to be dispatched please contact us.

Orders are sent using one of the following methods:

UK orders are sent using using either Royal Mail or a Courier Service. Some services will require a singature.

Orders under 1KG and £50: Sent Royal Mail first class.

Orders under 1KG and £51- £150: Sent first class Recorded Delivery.

Orders over £150: Sent using a next day service.

Heavy orders: Large orders, of less than £100, plasticine for example will be sent using a courier. This service will take 2-5 working days.

Offered as standard on orders over £150, but can be arranged for any order. For an additional £5 orders will be sent using a next day service.

Orders under £150: Sent using Royal Mail International Signed For service. This requires a signature. Delivery times vary and depend on the quality of your local postal service. Expect it to take between 3 and 12 working days.

Orders over £150: Sent using an express service, most likely UPS or DHL and usually delivered within 4 working days. Please make sure a phone number is provided as the courier will ask for one.

Heavy orders: European orders of Plasticine and Newclay are subject to a £3.50 surcharge for each bar purchased. They are sent using a courier, usually DHL and a phone number will be required so please ensure you include one.

Offered as standard on orders over £150, but can be arranged for any order. For an additional £20, orders will be sent using an express service which will usually be delivered within 4 working days.

Orders under £150: Sent using Royal Mail Airsure which receives priorty handling. Delivery times vary and depend on the quality of the postal service in your state. Expect it to take between 3 and 10 working days.

Orders over £150: Sent using an express service, most likely UPS or Fedex and usually delivered within 3 working days, but often next day. Please make sure a phone number is provided as the courier will ask for one.

Heavy orders: American orders of Plasticine and Newclay are subject to a £5 surcharge for each bar purchased. These will be sent using a courier, please make sure a phone number is provided as the courier will ask for one.

Offered as standard on orders over £150, but can be arranged for any order. For an additional £20 your order will be sent express and will usually arrive in 1 to 2 working days. Please make sure a phone number is provided as the courier will ask for one.

Orders under £500: Sent using Royal Mail International Signed For service. This requires a signature. Delivery times vary and depend on the quality of your local postal service. Expect it to take between 3 and 14 working days.

Orders over £500: Sent using an express service, most likely UPS or DHL and depending on destination are usually delivered within 4 working days. Please make sure a phone number is provided as the courier will ask for one.

Heavy orders: International orders of Plasticine and Newclay are subject to a £6 surcharge for each bar purchased. These will be sent using a courier and a phone number is required as the courier will ask for one.

Offered as standard on orders over £500, but can be arranged for any order. For an extra £25 your order will be sent using an express service and will usually be delivered in 4 working days. Please make sure a phone number is provided as the courier will ask for one.
