How will my order be sent and how much will it cost?

We aim to process orders next working day wherever possible. They are then sent using one of the following methods:

UK orders are sent using using Royal Mail and require a signature.

Orders under £100: Sent first class recorded deilvery.

Orders over £100: Sent using Special Delivery.

Heavy orders: Large orders of plasticine for example may be sent using an alternative courier.

Offered as standard on orders over £100, but can be arranged for any order. For an additional £5 orders weighing less than 2KG will be sent using Special Delivery. For heavy orders that include Plasticine please contact us for details.

Orders under £300: Sent using Royal Mail International Signed For service. This requires a signature. Delivery times vary and depend on the quality of your local postal service. Expect it to take between 3 and 12 working days.

Orders over £300: Sent using an express service, most likely UPS or DHL and usually delivered within 4 working days.

Heavy orders: European orders of Plasticine are subject to a £3.50 surcharge for each bar purchased.

Offered as standard on orders over £300, but can be arranged for any order. For an additional £20, orders will be sent using an express service which will usually be delivered within 4 working days.

Orders under £300: Sent using Royal Mail Airsure which receives priorty handling. Delivery times vary and depend on the quality of the postal service in your state. Expect it to take between 3 and 10 working days.

Orders over £300: Sent using an express service, most likely UPS or DHL and usually delivered within 4 working days, often in 2.

Heavy orders: American orders of Plasticine are subject to a £5 surcharge for each bar purchased.

Offered as standard on orders over £300, but can be arranged for any order. For an additional £20 your order will be sent express and will usually arrive in 2 to 4 working days.

Orders under £500: Sent using Royal Mail International Signed For service. This requires a signature. Delivery times vary and depend on the quality of your local postal service. Expect it to take between 3 and 12 working days.

Orders over £500: Sent using an express service, most likely UPS or DHL and usually delivered within 4 working days.

Heavy orders: International orders of Plasticine are subject to a £6 surcharge for each bar purchased.

Offered as standard on orders over £500, but can be arranged for any order. For an extra £25 your order will be sent using an express service and will usually be delivered in 4 working days.
