A storyboard is used to plan the action that will take place in your film. It is also helpful in establishing how each scene might be framed. A good storyboard will save a lot of time, as it will enable you to avoid shooting scenes that might later be deleted. Right is a sample storyboard. This book contains some excellent information on using storyboards. It highlights the importance of visualisation in the planning stage.
In my opinion, this is the best by far, of the Wallace and Gromit films . An excellent inspirational book.
