STORYLINE/SCREENPLAY

An animated production, as with most films, will start with a simple idea. It might be a word, a sentence or an image that inspires you to start writing, but whatever it is, this simple idea will need to be developed into a more complex story. There are several good books available on this subject. The following are some examples of these:

This is an excellent book, written by Syd Field. If you are a budding scriptwriter, then this is a must read for you This book highlights the importance of characterisation. It features several ways in which to create believable characters This book was recommended to me and is certainly a worthwhile read
